Clarkdale Fruit Farms | Deerfield, MA

Clarkdale is a fourth-generation fruit farm located in the beautiful hills of Deerfield, Massachusetts. We are open daily, August through March.

Over 100 varieties of apples, peaches, plums, pears, cherries and grapes are harvested from August through October. We still have heirloom apple varieties from trees planted by the first generation of Clarks, and continue to plant new varieties every year. We practice IPM (Integrated Pest Management) and strongly believe in sustainable agriculture.

We press sweet cider from mid-September to March, and offer pick-your-own McIntosh apples in the fall.

We are primarily a retail farm operation, and wholesale to local businesses. We also participate in the Greenfield Farmers' Market, weekly from August through October. Please come visit us and enjoy our delicious fruit, fresh from the tree to you!

Closed for the Season

Thank you to all of our customers for making 2012 a successful season despite our light apple crop. Unfortunately we are now out of apples and cider, and our store is closed. Apex Orchards in Shelburne and Pine Hill in Colrain still have apples available. We will re-open in August with fresh peaches and apricots!
